Floating Cottage Rental Rates:
📝 Base Rate: ₱4,500 for a minimum of 10 persons.
📝 Excess Person Charge: ₱400 per head for each additional guest beyond 10.

📝 Ecological Fee: ₱30 per head (collected by eco personnel).
📝 Parking Fee: ₱100 per car.
📝 "Banlaw" (Rinse Water): ₱25 per pail.

Please note: This is not a beachfront property. Guests will board a raft, which will be towed by a boat, to reach "Little Boracay." The travel time to the destination is approximately 10 minutes.
