🐢 Some blessings arrive when you least expect them.
Last Christmas, we were visited by a beautiful sea turtle. It was the first time we'd ever witnessed something like that at Villa Aurea. We were amazed, but we couldn't help wondering...
Why did she come here?
A few weeks later, we got our answer.
One morning in January, we discovered tiny sea turtle hatchlings making their way to the sea. Because it was extremely low tide, we knew they had a long and difficult journey ahead.
As a family, we decided to help.
Together with Michelle and our boys, we carefully brought the hatchlings closer to the water, where they could begin their incredible journey into the open ocean.
Watching them disappear into the waves was a moment we'll never forget. 💙
We truly felt blessed—not because we owned the beach, but because we were given the opportunity to protect a small piece of God's creation.
Moments like these remind us why Villa Aurea is so much more than a campsite. It's a place where nature, family, and gratitude come together.
