If we ask for a 20% down payment, it is simply to secure your preferred date and prevent it from being booked by other guests. Since this is a business, reservations are confirmed on a first-to-pay basis.

You may also wonder why our rates are higher compared to others. That’s because this is a private resort where we only accept one booking per day to ensure exclusivity, privacy, and comfort for our guests.
We also provide a premium experience with high-quality amenities and complete appliances — from the kitchen to the bedrooms. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, including the entire living area on the first floor. ✨
Please also note that pets are subject to an additional fee, as they may leave odors inside the resort and require extra cleaning and sanitation after check-out. Thank you for your understanding. 🐾
