There are no turnover figures at all, due to The property has never opened as an Official Paying Resort or Hotel, as it has Never been fully completed to World standards, that would attract the Boracay, upmarket crowd, & Not the cheap backpackers that go to cheap Native style basic Resorts & Hotels, in the Philippines, this Unique & Rare Island Resort has the Potential to be World Famous if it gets Developed Properly.
The Original Filipino owner a Builder, who started Building the Resort Hotel in 2009, with a 80sm 2 Story, Hotel, & 5 Villa Rooms & 2 Nipa Native Huts, with the many walking tracks with concrete steps with 1 klm of coastal tracks to other Beaches, from 2009, over 5 years. & Developed until he died in 2014, his son then lived there called Paksi Cove Resort & was only used as a Private Residence & for local day visitors who loved the Beautiful white coral sand clear Beaches & Blue clear water where 1000s of Sea Turtles Hatch on all the Beach Coves every April-May, until our Corporation Turtle Cove Point Inc, bought it in late 2016 & over the next 3 years, started to turn it into a Proper Hotel & Resort, however we ran out of money, & Registered
