Muling binalaan ang mga turista hinggil sa ipinapatupad ng Matnog Municipal Tourism, Culture and Arts Office na mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang hindi awtorisadong island-hopping activities sa Matnog, Sorsogon.

Sa ilalim ng Municipal Ordinance No. 2021-12 o ang Matnog Tourism Code, mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang iligal na island-hopping sa lugar at ang mga turista ay kinakailangang magparehistro sa nasabing ahensya.

Ang parehong opisina ang nagsisilbing tanging awtorisadong pasukan at labasan para sa mga tour, at ang pagsakay o pagbaba sa labas ng mga itinalagang lugar na ito ay mahigpit na ipinagbabawal, dahil maaari itong makasama sa kaligtasan at lumabag sa mga regulasyon ng turismo.

Matatandaang isang bangka ang tumaob sakay ang 10 turista sa Juag Lagoon sa parehong bayan na kasalukuyang iniimbestigahan ng awtoridad dahil posible umano itong iligal o hindi rehistrado sa Matnog Tourism Office.
