*5PAX CAPACITY(1double deck queen size 2/2 good for four persons, 1 single size foam bed good for one person. The CR of this room is inside it.
*6PAX CAPACITY(1 double deck queen size 2/2 good for four persons, 1 queen size good for two persons. The CR of this room is separate and is located in the transient house kitchen area and has its own key.
*8PAX CAPACITY(1double deck queen size 2/2 good for four persons, 1 double deck single size 1/1 good for two persons and 1 foam bed good for two person(latag sa ibaba ng tiles). The CR of this room is inside it.
For those who rent room accommodation, there is a free use of wifi(if available), free use of the kitchen with utilities if available, sitting room/dining table if available, and freezer. These free services are not included in the price of our transient house or room accommodation because we voluntarily provide them free for our guests. In case our wifi signal drops, you can provide your own data or pocket wifi because we cannot control the internet provider to ensure that the signal is sufficient for us, especially if the weather is bad.)

To secure your reservation, you must make a DOWN PAYMENT atlease 40% of the total ACCOMMODATION cost so that it cannot be obtained by others. Upon arrival with us, the remaining balance amount must be paid first before check-in.

PRIVATE PARKING:
Just to remind us, we do not have parking space. There are vacant lots near us that allow parking for vehicles and there is a fee (php 100.0 per night per vehicle, car, van, etc.) and this is paid separately.
ENVIRONMENTAL FEE:
Php 30.0 per head
(This is paid to the officer of the day (pila-pila) assigned by tourism in our Barangay. Please secure your ticket.
ISLAND HOPPING TOUR:
Here is our offer for CARAMOAN. Island Hopping Tour Boat Rental RATE/PRICES:
ISLAND HOPPING TOUR BOAT RENTAL RATES(Standard), 10pax minimum & below passenger/capacity):
1. Short Trip: Php 2,500.0
2. Long Trip: Php 3,500.0
3. Round Trip: Php 6,000.0
Our Standard rates are for 10 passengers or less. If you exceed 10, there is an additional charge for each additional person until the maximum passenger limit is reached.
1. Short Trip: Php 200.0 per additional person.
2. Long Trip: Php 300.0 per additional person.
3. Round Trip: Php 500.0 per additional person.
Note:
Beyond the maximum passenger capacity need to get another boat.
Aside from the Island Hopping Tour Boat Rental, here are the other service charges for your island hopping tour (applicable for Long Trip or Round Trip Island Hopping Tour only)
1. Lighhouse Dockage fee: Php 100.0 per boat/bangka.
2. Cutivas Island Dockage fee: Php 100.0 per boat/bangka.
3. Cutivas Cottage rental fee: Php 300.0 to Php 500.0 per cottage.
4. Manlawe Sandbar floating cottage rental fee: Php 500.0 to Php 1,000.0 per floating cottage.

SHORT TRIP island hopping tour - The start of this island hopping tour is usually after lunch. It only goes to nearby islands from our accommodation in Barangay Paniman until we return at 5:00pm to our accommodation.

•Cotivas Island(Short Sandbar)
•Manlawe Island(Long Sandbar)
•Sabitan Laya Island(fish feeding)

LONG TRIP island hopping tour - The start of this island hopping tour is usually at 6:00 oclock in the morning. We need to leave our accommodation in Barangay Paniman early after breakfast because we can go to distant islands from our accommodation in Barangay Paniman until we return at 1:00 or 2:00 oclock in the afternoon to our accommodation.

We need to leave our accommodation in Barangay Paniman early after breakfast because we can go to distant islands from our accommodation in Barangay Paniman until we return at 5:00 oclock in the afternoon to our accommodation.

SNORKLING GEAR RENTAL:

(Those who want to snorkel can bring their own snorkeling gear. If you don't have any snorkeling gear, you can rent them from us if they are available).
KNOWLEDGE:
Places similar to CARAMOAN in Camarines Sur - known for its large limestone cliffs, white sand, and crystal clear waters - are found in El Nido and Coron in Palawan, Siargao (specifically the Sugba Lagoon area), and Islas de Gigantes in Iloilo. these feature ‘hidden lagoons’ and dramatic landscapes similar to the Matukad and Lahos islands in Caramoan.
For the information of our Clients, guests etc. Caramoan is similar to El Nido Palawan. You need to do an ISLAND HOPPING TOUR to visit the islands with clean and crystal clear water and powdery white sand on the beach. You will truly be amazed by the beauty of the islands here and the paradisiacal place here in CARAMOAN where you can swim and enjoy endlessly. Caramoan is not like BORACAY.
