We, Residencia PCM Paredes, first opened its door for business on January 28, 2017. A newly established low cost dormitory type accommodation is located at Paniman, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. With a refreshing and relaxing beach front view, we believe that our guests will find it a perfect place to gather for acquaintance and collaboration. The transient unit has three (3) floors with 12 air condit

ioned rooms and can accommodate 74 guests in first and 2nd floors. Our restaurant and dining area can also be converted into a conference center, if so required. We do value our guests’ comfort, thus, we installed a solar power to supply our electricity and other necessities, hence, our edge as compared to others. We have friendly staff at the reception area who is happy to assist you to fulfill your desire.
