📌Understanding the Difference Between a Hotel and an Airbnb📌
Dear Valued Guest,
Thank you for choosing Tashi's Airbnb. We want every guest to have a pleasant stay, so we'd like to share a few important differences between staying in an Airbnb and staying in a hotel.
An Airbnb is a privately owned home, not a hotel. While we do our best to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space, some hotel-style services are not included.
💢Hotels typically provide:💢
• A 24-hour front desk and staff on duty.
• Daily housekeeping and room service.
• Daily replacement of towels, toiletries, and bed linens.
• On-site restaurants, concierge, and other hotel services.
• Immediate assistance from multiple staff members.
💢Airbnb accommodations provide:💢
• A private home where you can enjoy more space, comfort, and privacy.
• A fully furnished unit with home amenities, including a kitchen for preparing your own meals.
• Self check-in or scheduled check-in with the host.
• Cleaning is completed before your arrival and after your checkout. Daily housekeeping is generally not included unless specifically offered.
• Towels, linens, and basic essentials are provided for your stay, but they are not replaced daily like in a hotel.
• The host is available to assist with any concerns, but may not be on-site 24/7.
We kindly ask our guests to:
• Treat the property with the same care and respect as they would their own home.
• Follow the house rules.
• Keep the unit reasonably clean during their stay.
• Report any maintenance concerns as soon as possible so we can assist.
Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, affordable, and home-like experience rather than a full-service hotel experience. By choosing an Airbnb, guests enjoy greater privacy, more living space, and the convenience of home amenities while helping us keep accommodation costs reasonable.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding, respect for our home, and cooperation. We hope you have a wonderful and comfortable stay at Tashi's Airbnb.
