Good for 15 guests only

For Sunday - Friday:
✅ Php 15,000

For Saturdays:
✅ Php 18,000

Check In: 2PM
Check Out: 12 Noon

FEATURES
✔️Exclusive Use of the Entire Place
✔️40-50 mbps WiFi(Starlink) any interruption is out of our control
✔️Guests are allowed to bring their own food - no corkage fee.

Early check in and late check out is allowed depending on availability. A fee of ₱500/hr will be charged. In case you arrive earlier than your check in time, please wait patiently outside the house near the pool area while we clean and disinfect the room for your check in.
Please be advised that our ₱200 excess fee starts with the 16th guest (fee is per entry whether the guests will stay overnight or not).

For Events.
We charge an additional reception fee of 15,000 on top of our overnight rate.
Areas allowed for events: Beach area, Garden, Pool.
Events are not allowed inside the house.

Inclusions:
-15 pax staying overnight (house rules applies)
- up to 100 guests/visitors allowed during the reception (₱100 per excess)
- additional staff for assistance
- bring your own catering service/wedding decorations.
- check in time is 2pm and check out at 12noon the next day
