Department of Tourism Accredited!

Accreditted by the Department of Tourism.

By the end of third quarter of this year, two new hotels have received accreditation and four had their reaccreditation while three are still due for renewal.

The City Government of Catbalogan headed by City Mayor Dexter Uy through the City Tourism, Culture, Arts and Information Office (CTCAIO) encourages returning residents and tourists to patronize primary tourism establishments that are accredited by the Department of Tourism (DOT).

The following twelve (12) have valid accreditation, namely:
- Alfreda's Inn
- Alegro Hotel and Restaurant
- Asia Novo Boutique Hotel
- CDDSSKE Hotel (formerly New Maqueda Bay Hotel)
- Fame Hotel
- First Choice Hotel
- LCD HOTEL
- Our Choice Hotel
- Rosario Hills Mountain View Park Resort
- SC Hotel
- Sweetsell Suites
- VisMin GV Hotel

and three (3) have expired accreditation but have been notified already and are due to renewal, namely:
- Casa Cristina Hotel
- Hotel San Francisco
- M Grand Royale Resort.
