The Pacific Sands Beach Resort is a family-oriented beach resort at Brgy. Baybay, Cateel, Davao Oriental, 8205, Philippines.

It is situated at a 9-kilometer Cream Sand Long Beach which is said to have the longest municipal coastline in Davao Oriental.

This Beach Resort offers daytour and overnight stay at affordable prices which allows guests to relax and unwind under coconut and talisay trees, and to swim, and surf at the vast Pacific Ocean.

Aside from relaxing and unwinding, Guests can engage in sports such as Beach Volleyball or Darts

This Beach Resort also offers an easy holiday getaway to its guests by staying at its accommodation rooms that has open access to the view of the Pacific ocean and its fine cream-colored sand. Fun fact about this Beach is that the color of the sand depends on the weather, It may be black or brown during rainy or wet season or cream to white during dry season. Indeed, not all beaches require white sand.

The Pacific Sands Beach Resort offers a variety of meal arrangements to their guests during their stay which includes Whole Native Lechon(Pig), Cooked Garlic Lobsters, Whole Lechon Manok, Grilled Tuna, Silog Meals and many others. How to get here?

From Manila – Fly to Davao. Once at the airport, hire a taxi to take you to Ecoland Terminal. Tell the taxi driver to drop you at the Bus Terminal for Cateel near Gasera Light. There you can either ride the bus or a van going to Cateel or Baganga via Compostela Route, whichever is available (4-5 Hrs | P300-500/way).

During your Bus or Van ride, Inform the driver to drop you off at Kanto Papag near Taytayan Bridge. From there, ride a tricyle and tell the rider to drop you at The Pacific Sands Beach Resort in Brgy. Baybay. If the bus or van is heading to Baganga, ride it all the way to Brgy. San Antonio and tell them to drop you off at the Brgy. San Antonio Talipapa corner Cream Sand Long Beach. From there, you can just ride a tricycle to go to the Pacific Sands Beach Resort.

From Mati – The Pacific Sands Beach Resort is around 2-3 hours away via bus. Just ride a bus or van headed to Cateel and alight in Barangay San Antonio Talipapa corner Cream Sand Long Beach. From there, you can just ride a tricycle to go to the Pacific Sands Beach Resort.

From Davao - The Pacific Sands Beach Resort can be reached through a private car, a public bus or van. Ride a bus or van heading to Cateel via Compostela Route which is 4-5 hours away. If using Private Car, Search ’The Pacific Sands Beach Resort Cateel’ using Google Map for exact directions.
