Situated about 50 kilometers north of Cebu City, overlooking clear blue ocean and views of the neighboring islands, we offer quiet comfortable accommodation suitable for visitors who are looking for above average facilities at a budget price.
Set in beautiful private gardens of a family home, elevated above and just across the road from the public beach. High Steps Pension is run by a retired Filipino lady owner and each studio room is self-contained, with queen size bed, air-conditioning, en suite bathroom with WC, Hand Basin and Electric shower.
All rooms have their own private entrance and secure self parking. Most have own Terrace Area affording spectacular views of the ocean. There are cooking facilities in most rooms, with linen and toiletries provided, but we also have a barbecue available for use of guests on request. Room service is available if required. There is free WiFi available in a public area of the building, a free library and karaoke (subject to a small charge limited strictly until 10 pm).
Our Main Entrance is located on the Main Nautical Highway at Bachao, immediately opposite the Public Beach, with 24 hour bus services passing by, both to the north and south of the island of Cebu. This makes High Steps Pension an ideal starting place for exploring the many beautiful coastal and provincial places. If you are looking for rest and relaxation in the sun, then you will certainly enjoy the tranquil and friendly atmosphere of this family home.
In the interests of the peace and comfort of all our guests we are unable to accommodate young children or pets, except by special prior arrangement. Additionally, some of the rooms are not really suitable for disabled.

(Buses pass our main entrance - 24 hours service travelling to north and south of Cebu). IMPORTANT: All payments must be made in cash only on Check-in. Credit Card facilities NOT available.
