Resort Property Damage and Conduct Policy

Dear Valued Guests,

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly remind all guests of our policies regarding property use, conduct, and responsibility during your time at the resort.

1. Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the resort’s property resulting from intentional actions, negligence, or failure to follow resort rules. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to rooms, furniture, appliances, linens, and shared facilities.

Penalties for Damages Include:

Full compensation for repair or replacement costs

Additional charges for deep cleaning or restoration

Possible legal action in cases of severe damage or misconduct

2. Use of Resort Spaces
Please be reminded that all guests must respect the boundaries of their booking. No guest or group may attempt to occupy or control additional areas of the resort that have not been formally reserved. Behavior that disrupts other guests, claims common areas as private, or disregards staff instructions will not be tolerated.

Misuse of resort spaces may result in:

Immediate intervention by resort management

Additional charges for unauthorized use

Possible early termination of stay without refund
