II. Mission
Providing quality customer service, disciplined hoteliers, and comfortable rooms in a setting reminiscent of a home in the middle of Cebu City to families and loyal patrons.
III. Goals
The business goals aim to:
• Improve and maintain good customer service;
• Employ skilled hoteliers;
• Provide clean and comfortable rooms for the clientele;
• Increase brand awareness; and
• Increase profit margin.
III. Objectives
The objectives aim to:
• Regularly conduct satisfaction evaluation on the duration of each clientele’s stay;
• Provide training to hired hoteliers every 6 months;
• Provide housekeeping services to clientele every day from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM;
• Invest in digital marketing; and
• Generate an annual sale rate of at least 120 percent of the start-up expenses.
