As we REOPEN our LAMBUG PUBLIC BEACH TODAY, in the pursuit of promoting SUSTAINABLE TOURISM. May we be reminded of the following, per Municipal Executive Order No. 3, Series of 2022:

1. Lambug Public Beach Resort, Cottage and Land Owners and other Business Establishments must follow Republic Act No. 7586 or “National Integrated Protected Areas System Act of 1992, amended by Republic Act 11038 or the “Expanded National Integrated Protected Areas System Act of 2018’, and Presidential Decree 1067 (Water Code of the Philippines) with the 40 meter easement from the highest tide, no build zone within 40 meter easement.

2. Lambug Public Beach Resort, Cottage and Land Owners and other Business Establishments must follow health and safety protocols recommended by IATF, Cebu Provincial Tourism Task Force and the Municipal Local Government Unit.

3. Lambug Public Beach Resort, Cottage and Land Owners and other Business Establishments must strictly follow Carrying Capacity of their establishments.

4. Lambug Public Beach Resort, Cottage and Land Owners and other Business Establishments must not delay or impede the rehabilitation efforts of authorized personnel/s in coordination with and support of agencies/entities.

5. Food and Drinks are only allowed at assigned picnic areas within the Resort, Cottage and other Business Establishments.

6. Tents and activities are only allowed at assigned areas within the Resort and other Business Establishments.

7. Activities must not unreasonably disturb the comfort and peace of the area, Lambug Public Beach must uphold Serenity and Tranquility.

8. Lambug Public Beach Resort, Cottage and Land Owners and other Business Establishments must provide proper waste management system of their guests and establishment.
