📍 Job Location: Perrelos, Carcar City, Cebu
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Pickleball Attendant to help ensure smooth daily court operations and provide a welcoming experience for all players.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage daily pickleball court operations and assist players as needed.
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Verify court bookings and help manage court schedules.
Ensure courts, equipment, and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist players with basic questions regarding court use, equipment, and facility guidelines.
• Be familiar with the basic rules, equipment, and etiquette of pickleball.
• Monitor proper use of facilities and equipment.
• Report maintenance, safety, or equipment concerns promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong communication and friendly interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented, approachable, and responsible.
• Basic knowledge of pickleball rules, equipment, and etiquette.
• Willing to learn and assist players when needed.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, or rotating shifts.
• Previous experience in sports, recreation, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
