Your qualifications and job scope:

• At least one (1) year of experience in hotel maintenance, building maintenance, or related technical work

• Knowledge in various repairs and maintenance - Electrical, Mechanical, Air-Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS)

• Responsible for ensuring hotel facilities, equipment, and rooms are in good working condition
