Perhaps the most popular question we receive is whether our rooms are air-conditioned. (All LGH rooms have air-conditioners.) Perhaps the second most popular question we receive is whether our rates already include tax. (Yes, our advertised rates already include tax; however, someday, we may be compelled to advertise rates exclusive of tax since that looks to be the general trend.)

For non-smoking guests:

LGH rooms are not separated into no-smoking and smoking rooms. Since LGH rooms are not carpeted, housekeeping can usually prevail against cigarette smoke.

However, people’s sensitivity to smoke do vary so we ask our non-smoking guests to request a room check (before actual check-in). Please also inform the staffer showing you rooms that you want a room which does not smell smokey. Thank you.
