Yes, this unit is relatively as big as the studios in New York City but we’ve maximized this space for high comfort and to not feel claustrophobic.
We’ve meticulously divided the areas while allowing movement, traffic and clearance all to ensure comfort and good rest.
GUEST ACCESS
The entire place is all yours while you are booked. Enjoy the convenience of makng a home cooked meal, enjoying a good show on cable tv, fast internet connection, even wash clothes on a lazy sunday and going for a quick dip in pool at the 9th floor.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
I live next door. So if you’ld ever feel like hanging out or wanna ask me some questions, im just beside your unit. Of course i’d give you my fone number once i give you the keys... 🙂
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
No smoking in the unit
Alawys lock the doors and turn off all electric units when leaving
Always throw your garbage in the bins with garbage bags. bring the garbage bags out for pick up every day
Keep the bathroom dry and clean
Do not flush tissue paper or sanitary pads in the toilet - a waste bin is provided
Leave shoes by the storage cabinet by the door, we provide you with flipflops
You may use the phone ONLY for LOCAL calls and NEVER for MOBILE, DOMESTIC or INTERNATIONAL calls

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The area is in uptown Cebu City. You are ALL ACCESS in this area SO ENJOY 🙂
You can just get a cab to go anywhere... If you are street smart then the jeepney shouldn’t be that much of a challenge... But hey there is always Über!
