As we move forward on the weeks to come, we should be guided by facts and manage our expectations during the crisis:

1. The government is NOT PREPARED. No government is prepared.

2. Lock down was EARLY. Earliest in Asia.

3. Lock down is NOT THE ONLY SOLUTION. It is to buy time for the government to prepare.

4. Lockdown is NOT THE CURE. It is to give time to those finding the cure.

5. Lockdown WILL NOT CURE. It is to prevent an accelerated spread of the virus.

6. Quarantine facilities are NOT HOSPITALS, they are CONTROL MEASURES to protect your families.

7. Quarantine facilities will save all our lives by preventing our medical personnel and hospitals to be overly-stretched.

8. P270B is NOT TO SOLVE the epidemic crisis. It is to buy equipment we don’t have and to SOFTEN the economic impact of the lockdown.

9. The government does not have actual possession of the money, it is TO BE SET ASIDE IN TRANCHES as we move along during the pandemic.

10. Mass Testing is ONLY for qualified PUIs & PUMs, NOT TESTING FOR ALL PEOPLE.

11. SOCIAL DISTANCING should be strictly followed and enforced by the barangays. IT IS NOT A CHARADE. It is a matter of life or death.

12. RELIEF GOODS are only to keep us fed and nourished. It is NOT MEANT TO BE YOUR USUAL MEAL COURSE.

13. The P5-8k is for your BASIC ESSENTIALS. You did not win a raffle and spend it all at once.

14. The government is working for us all to SURVIVE this PHYSICALLY AND ECONOMICALLY. Expect no more than that because a lot of people did not and will not.

15. BE GRATEFUL if you do not feel any symptoms, breathe normally, can still see and feel your loved ones. A lot of people are NOT FORTUNATE AND FIGHTING FOR EVERY BREATH & FOR THEIR LIVES hoping to eventually see their loved ones again.

Never cease praying and hoping. We will get out of this if we cooperate.

In this trying times, as much as we wanted to have guests in our condo units/ , we support our President Duterte's call to STAY AT HOME AND PRAY MORE to prevent more transmission of COVID19.
