Royal Crowne Properties has been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. We offer inexpensive lodging for individual or group backpackers traveling to the Queen City of the South Cebu. We have several transient houses that can cater to your hostel needs: Royal Crowne Plaza in Labangon, Oakridge Residences in Lahug and South Gate Residences in Banawa, including the Instagramable staycation Enzuri Living Spaces in Guadalupe; all of which are easily accessible and located in the busy districts of Cebu City.
Private rooms at our backpackers units include double and quadruple private rooms with either double beds or a mix of bunk beds and a double bed. For the dorm room, our hostel provides single or double-sized bunk beds. Our Central Station dorm room at Oakridge Residences even offers individual charging sockets for every bunk bed. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage and great 24-hour staff is also available. Lastly, contrary to the conventional setup of a backpackers inn or homestay, all our transient units come with complete kitchen facilities, thereby helping our guests traveling on a strict budget.

We will check our calendar for availability & rate per night depending on the number of persons. NOTE: We have a minimum rate for our big transient houses, so RATE PER HEAD will vary depending on the number of occupants.

👌3. Send the copy of the Deposit Slip via messenger. Acknowledgment will be sent after verification.

👉First come First serve basis
👉NO Down Payment means NO Reservation
👉Call or text us before going to the bank in order to re-confirm the availability of the unit
👉Failure to send us the copy of the bank deposit slip or money transfer transaction slip means NO Reservation
👉Must print the reservation letter and submit the signed copy to the caretaker upon arrival at the transient house
👉Remaining Balance must be paid upon arrival
👉Non refundable, Non appearance on schedule will be forfeited
👉RE-BOOKING is applicable as long as the customer will notifies us at least 7 days prior to the initial reservation date. REBOOKING FEE of 1,000.00 pesos will be charged to the customer.
👉Excess guest will be charged Php300/head per night.
👉Checklist form listing all items inside the unit will be signed by the guest/s. Guest/s and Staff can go over the items together to make sure that all appliances are functioning. Guests are encouraged to notify the staff of any appliance that is not functioning.

👉No smoking, parties, or events
👉Check-in is anytime after 2PM and check out by 12PM (noon)
👉Self check-in with building staff
👉Help us conserve energy by turning off the air-conditioner, water & TV when not in use.
👉Request for extra towels & change of linens will be accommodated after 5 days' stay. Charge for additional towel Php100 and Php200 for change of linens/beddings.
👉Kindly check all your personal belongings that you might leave behind when you checkout. All items that are left behind will be kept for 24 hrs before it will be disposed. We will not be liable for valuables that are left behind.
👉Mailing or courier service will not be entertained.
👉Please take extra care with all your belongings as we will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
👉As this is an apartment complex, we ask that guests be mindful of their noise. Quiet time at 10pm is encouraged.
