"We originally messed up our first booking... but Jo was so helpful and supportive."

This line from a recent review means more to me than any other. It's a reminder that how you handle a problem can make a bigger impact than a perfect check-in. 💙

Here's what happened:

A guest called me from the front desk, ready to check in, but I wasn't expecting anyone! They realized that they had accidentally booked for March instead of February. To make matters worse, someone else was already checked in during their intended stay dates.

He was worried and on a tight budget, so he requested a refund. I happily issued a full refund right away and helped him find another place to stay for the night. His relief and gratitude were thanks enough.

But then, the story got even better! After spending time vacationing in Bohol, he reached out again and booked with us. To be trusted twice by a guest is the highest compliment. 🥹

Thank you dear guests for your kind words! It was an absolute pleasure hosting you both. Your excitement to finally stay in our unit was truly heartwarming!

POV: My kind of therapy.
Some days, healing looks like:
🏊‍♀️ A quiet swim
🏃‍♀️ A jog to clear your mind
🌅 A balcony view that stops time
🎵 A soundtrip with your favorite playlist

This isn't just a stay. It's a reset button for your soul.
