We would also like to inform you that Urban Living - Cebu City is our official partner and manages our Vivienne and Adelaide units.

Recently, someone reached out to us, accusing us of scamming them. After a detailed conversation, they realized that they had been communicating with a scammer and that we are, in fact, the legitimate business.

Unfortunately, the scammer has been using our identity to mislead people. We urge everyone to be cautious and double-check that you are on our official page before making any inquiries or bookings.

For guests who have bookings with us on or after October 11, don’t worry—City Living Condotel - Cebu City will still assist you throughout your stay, from check-in to check-out. 🙏🏻

We’ve always believed in giving our guests a clean, comfy space to enjoy—but not everyone shows the same respect in return. 😔

One guest left our unit in TERRIBLE condition: the toilet UNFLUSHED (our cleaner had to flush it MULTIPLE TIMES 🤢🤮), dirty dishes left behind, trash scattered everywhere even though we provided two trash bins, and on top of that, damaged one of our kitchen drawers. Because of this, our cleaner had to stay longer and go beyond her usual tasks. It also delayed our next guest’s check-in.

When we asked him to cover the cleaning and repair costs, he had the audacity to leave a 1-star review, called us out, and made it seem like we scammed him.

But how is it a scam when AIRBNB REVIEWED EVERYTHING AND PAID US THE FULL AMOUNT for the mess and damage—because they saw we were right? 🤷🏻‍♀️

This experience is exactly why we require a ₱1,000 security deposit for direct bookings—to protect our space and our team’s time. The deposit is fully refundable as long as the unit is treated with care.

Thank you to our respectful guests—you make hosting worth it. 🤍

P.S. To future guests: Don’t worry, this room has been thoroughly sanitized and cleaned because your comfort and safety are our top priorities.

Can’t believe we have to post this, but here we are. 😬

We’ve been sending the exact same rate card—and yet some still think ₱1,750 is the total price for 2–3 nights.
Let’s be clear: That’s ₱1,750 PER NIGHT. Not for 2 nights. Not for 3.

No condo unit in Cebu City will offer you a stay for ₱580/night unless you’re booking an inn or homestay—and even then, expect a very different experience.

This is exactly how people get scammed—by not reading and blindly trusting “too good to be true” offers.

Please. Let’s make reading a habit. 🙏🏻

📢 Please respect our booking policies.

Once you book with us, the ₱1,000 down payment is strictly non-refundable.

If you wish to rebook, it’s allowed only once and you must inform us at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. Beyond that, we can no longer accommodate changes.

These policies are in place to ensure we can prioritize serious and committed guests. If you’re unsure about your plans, please take the time to decide before booking. We don’t pressure anyone to reserve—we’d much rather wait for guests who are ready and certain.
