If Jesus claimed He is the Son of God, and He is risen, then why did He need to die in the first place?

His blood needed to be shed and His body broken as a living sacrifice of our sins.

Sin separates us from a Holy God & causes death. But God wanted us to be with him. Jesus came to earth for that purpose. His death was the ultimate demonstration of God's love for humanity, taking the punishment upon himself to allow for reconciliation.

In the Old Testament, animal sacrifices were needed continuously, Jesus offered himself as a single, perfect sacrifice to atone for all sin.

Jesus’ sacrifice and resurrection defeated the power of sin, death, and Satan, offering the path to eternal life.

If Jesus is resurrected after death & burial, does that mean we are truly saved from all of our sins if we just believe in Jesus Christ?

Yes, we are!!

The only thing that was 'GOOD' about it, was that it was all for us.

The suffering Jesus experienced was only 'GOOD' for us.

Jesus had to suffer - His body broken and His blood poured out.
