-Standard Check-In Time is 2:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time).
-Reception is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Should you arrive later than 8:00 PM, you may approach the guard on duty for your room key as we already have prepared the room for you.
-HK Beach Resort is a beachfront property, along White Beach, that offers open cottage for in- house and non- in house guests. However, please be guided that the use of cottage is subject to an additional charge of PHP 600 on weekday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and PHP1000 on weekend from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Overnight use of cottage is subject to a different price. Please ask the reception for further assistance.
HK Beach Resort also has an in- house restaurant which is open from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS
The HK BEACH RESORT Management is delighted to offer you a clean, safe and pleasant accommodation. Help us make your stay an enjoyable experience by adhering to the following Rules and Regulations:
❖ Check in time is at 2:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Extension of stay will be subject to room availability and approval of the Management. Any unauthorized extension of stay beyond the Check out time will be charged on a Pro Rata basis depending on the Room Rate.
❖ For proper Check out, please turn over the Room Key at the Front Desk before departing from the Resort. A lost key will be charged Php200,
❖ Before or at Check out time, please allow our House keeping Staff to check your room. Missing items from the room will be on the account of the guest. A lost Towel shall be charged at Php300 each and a lost Cignal remote at Php500.
❖ Items on loan from the Front Desk shall be returned upon check out to avoid a replacement chargeable to you.
❖ The safety and security of all your personal properties shall be your sole responsibility. As our valued guests, please ensure that your belongings and valuables remain secure throughout your stay.
❖ Smoking inside the Resort Rooms and along the hallways is strictly prohibited. A fine of Php500 shall be imposed for each offense. Smoking is allowed only in the designated Smoking Areas of the Resort.
❖ Please switch-off the lights ,ceiling fans, TV’s , air-conditioners and other electrical appliances and please make sure that all faucets / showers are properly turned off when they are not in use or when you are out of the room.
❖ When your room is unattended, please make sure to close the windows and keep the doors locked.
❖ Any damage to the resort property or broken fixtures there of inside your room should be reported immediately to the Front Desk for prompt action. Unreported damages shall be your liability.
❖ No pets shall be allowed in the rooms or hallways of the Resort.
❖ As our valued guest, please ensure that nothing shall be attached to floors, wall, ceiling or premises of the resort by nails , screws, glue gun, or other means, otherwise any damage caused by the same shall be charged to you.
❖ Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum in public areas and refrain from loud music and noise after midnight.
❖ Please remember to throw your trash in the garbage bins provided for by the Resort.
❖ The use of fire in the hallways and rooms for the purpose of heating and cooking is strictly prohibited.
❖ Unless for emergency purposes, do not touch the fire extinguisher.
❖ Animals and Pets, odorous items, flammable items such as gun powder, benzene etc., and dangerous items such as guns and swords is strictly prohibited.
❖ Gambling or any other behavior that is against public morals and good customs is strictly prohibited.
❖ Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to use the facilities and amenities is strictly prohibited.
❖ Leaving luggage's, bags or other items unattended in the hallway or lobby is prohibited.
❖ You are given a period of one (1) month from your departure date, to claim items and belongings left behind. Otherwise, they shall be appropriated by the Resort.
