Ciudad Fernandina Hotel was an 18th century heritage house originally owned by the Encarnacions, and painstakingly renovated following strict guidelines by UNESCO and Vigan Conservation Council. It is one of the two houses in Vigan built with concrete grand staircase - now laden with narra and kamagong.
