Located in Daanbantayan, the northernmost town of Cebu Island, our family vacation house offers a true escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. The spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for family getaways or
small company outings. Nestled on a 3-hectare property, it provides privacy and tranquility, ideal for rest and relaxation. The beachfront of the property faces the Taňon Strait, and the house is designed to take full advantage of this breathtaking view. The beach is a playground for both kids and adults—when the tide is in, the gentle waves and shallow waters make it perfect for swimming. When the tide is out, the foreshore extends over a hundred meters, where locals gather clams and shellfish for dinner. Our kids especially love discovering tiny creatures in the tide pools. Nights are calm and peaceful, sometimes lit by fireflies circling the large sea almond tree (Talisay) in the garden. At times, you’ll see the fishing community dotting the horizon with their bright lights. The villa is a spacious bungalow where water views greet you as soon as you step through the front doors, stretching through the living room and patio. A well-equipped kitchen is ready for your use, and just behind the house is a small barbeque pit for grilling fresh catch from the nearby market. The family’s favorite spot is the 20-foot ironwood table on the patio—a place where everyone naturally gathers to chat, eat, snack, and enjoy watching the kids play on the lawn. A steady tropical breeze flows throughout the house and patio, keeping the atmosphere relaxed and refreshing. Aside from the beach, guests can also enjoy a refreshing dip in our private swimming pool, which features a 2-foot shallow area perfect for kids and a 4-foot section for adults. The pool is open daily from 7:01 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note: From 9:01 PM to 7:00 AM, the pool undergoes nightly treatment to ensure it stays clean, safe, and fresh for your use the next day. Guests will have full access to the entire house, swimming pool, garden, and beachfront area during their stay. You are welcome to use the kitchen, patio, barbeque pit, and all common areas. Kayaks and outdoor spaces are also available for your enjoyment. For your convenience, our caretaker will be around to assist if you need anything, but the property and its amenities are yours to enjoy privately. For early risers, just a few hundred meters away is the town of Bakhawan, where fishermen dock their boats and sort their daily sardine catch—fresh and affordable straight from the sea. While the villa is designed to help you unwind and disconnect, staying connected is easy when needed. We’ve equipped the property with Starlink-powered Wi-Fi, giving you fast and reliable internet so you can share your vacation moments, stream your favorite shows, or catch up on work if necessary. Coverage may not reach every corner of the grounds, but the connection is strong and dependable where it matters most. Another thing you’ll appreciate is the villa’s location within the property. Sitting about 200 meters from the main entrance gate, it’s completely tucked away from the sounds of vehicles and buses passing along the highway. What you’ll hear instead is the calming sound of nature and the sea breeze. The wide green lawn surrounding the villa adds to the charm—perfect for kids to run around, for lounging under the sun, or simply for enjoying the beauty of open space.
