GUEST & VISITOR POLICY

White Villa is primarily intended for overnight sleeping accommodations and is not primarily a party or event venue.

We understand that some guests may wish to have a small, intimate gathering or celebration during their stay. We may allow this with prior approval, subject to our house rules and a ₱400 per person fee for all incoming guests/visitors.

The additional fee is necessary because having more people at the property means additional cleaning, water and electricity usage, and increased wear and tear on the house, furniture, linens, and amenities.

All visitors must be declared in advance and are included in the total number of people using the property. Please do not invite additional guests without informing us first.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep White Villa clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for every guest. 🤍
