Sinong relate dito? 🙋‍♀️

Minsan po hindi rin smooth ang booking transactions, lalo na kapag last-minute reservation na walang DP at sasabihin “ma-walk in na lang po kami- dian na lang po kami magbabayad kasi on the way naman na kami” Sa experience namin, dito po madalas nauuwi sa no-show at iba pang aberya.

Naglinis na, nag-ayos na, nag-ready na ng room…
naghintay ka pa -pero hindi na dumating at wala man lang pasabi.

Hindi lang po effort ang nasasayang, pati ang pagkakataon na maibigay sana ang room sa ibang gustong mag-stay.

Simple request lang po sana: konting responsibility sa usapan.

Kung hindi na po makakarating, kahit isang message lang para ipaalam. Malaking tulong na po iyon sa amin.
