Starting today, 𝗮 𝗳𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 ₱𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝘂𝘁 will be charged for late check-out beyond our communicated standard 12:00 PM check-out time.
We allow a 𝟭𝟱-𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 (𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟮:𝟭𝟱 𝗣𝗠) for guests leaving the area. After that, the fixed rate will automatically be 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁.
As you all know, we're really not a fan of adding extra fees as much as possible, but this step 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻, 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲—without rushing our team and compromising our standards.

Early check-in and late check-out are 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗜𝗙 we don't have guests leaving the area before you, or arriving after your stay...but these are 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹/𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. If you don't receive a confirmation from us, we kindly ask that the standard times be followed.
