Our team traded uniforms for jerseys and turned the beach into a battleground of friendly volleyball tournament.

Instead of competing by department, we drew random teams - chefs with housekeeping, receptionists with gardeners, dining crew with our maintenance crew. Suddenly everyone had to communicate, trust, and rely on people they don’t normally work with day-to-day. And that’s where the magic happened.

On the sand, titles and departments didn’t matter. What mattered was moving as one, cheering each other on, and discovering new strengths in teammates.

That’s the real heart of our “creating extra smile experiences” motto, not just for guests but for each other.

It was truly a memorable team building day. Here’s to more moments that bring us closer, more teamwork that lifts us higher, and more smiles😁
