Dati tuwing recess ng elementary school lang ako nakakabili at nakakain nito. Parang kailan lang.

Ang tawag pa nga namin dito noon, “plato-plato.” Hindi ko alam kung bakit, siguro dahil mukhang plato? 😀 Ngayong matanda na ako, saka ko lang nalaman na ang tawag pala dito ay “kabkab”, pero hangang ngayon plato-plato pa rin ang unang pumapasok sa isip ko kapag nakakakita nito.

Isang pirasong plato-plato noon, sobrang saya ko na. Ngayon, kaya ko nang bumili ng isang buong pack, pero iba pa rin pala ang saya ng pagiging batang walang iniisip kundi kung ano ang mabibili sa baon.

Ang bilis ng panahon. Minsan, ang simpleng pagkain lang ang kayang magbalik ng mga alaalang akala mo nakalimutan mo na.
