Villa Quirnita Resort & Rooms Balance and extra pax charges will be collected upon check-in.

We offer accomodation, Exclusive Whole Resort Venue; events such as Weddings, Birthday, Anniversaries, Reunions, Team Buildings, Baptism any special events/ gatherings. VILLA QUIRNITA BOOKING TERMS:
*For our reservations, we require at least a 30% downpayment of the room rate/package rate to guarantee your booking confirmation. We only accept Cash, G-Cash or Bank Transfer.

*ALL RESERVATION under

room accommodation are NON-REFUNDABLE and is NOT ALLOWED FOR CANCELLATION. But we will agree to reschedule them if the guest notifies at least 7 days before their reservation date.

*RESORT EXCLUSIVE RENTAL RESERVATIONS DO NOT ALLOW RESCHEDULE FOR WEEKDAYS reservation date and if cancelled, No refunds will be given resulting to lose of deposit. Weekend reservation date will give one time reschedule at least 15 days prior notice from the reservation date.

*IN CASE OF RESCHEDULLING, THE GUEST MUST TAKE CHARGES OF POSSIBLE PRICE CHANGES.
*RESCHEDULE WILL ONLY BE OFFER ONCE.
