For those inquiring or planning to book for team building, family getaways, and other events, please be informed that our beach house is still closed for rehabilitation and renovation. At the moment, we do not have a definite reopening date, as we are also taking this time to enjoy the place exclusively with our family from 🇺🇸.

We are truly grateful for your loyalty, recommendations, and continuous support. While we may not be able to reply to all inquiries right away, please know that we feel humbled and honored by your desire to return and by Davao BPO companies choosing us as their team-building venue.

✨ Exciting news from Grandma’s Beach House! ✨

Our renovation is finally underway! 🏝️

We truly want to provide a beautiful and comfortable place for our guests a space where families can create amazing memories together. Over the past two years, we’ve been blessed with back-to-back bookings, which left us with very little time or vacancy to properly maintain and improve our facilities.

To give our guests the best possible experience and to build an even better reputation, we know it’s time to do what’s necessary. Our goal is to make Grandma’s Beach House the go-to destination for family reunions and gatherings here in Davao. 🌅❤️

♥️♥️♥️A Heartfelt Thank You & Important Announcement♥️♥️♥️

First and foremost, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to all of our wonderful guests over the past several months, and truly, throughout all of 2023 and into 2025. Your support and presence have meant so much to us, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We’re glad to announce that starting June 7, Grandma’s Beach House will be temporarily closed for some much-needed renovation and rehabilitation. It’s time to give our beloved place a little care so it can continue being a peaceful and welcoming retreat for years to come.

Grandma’s Beach House has always been a simple haven, a very affordable and comfortable exclusive space where families can relax, unwind, and reconnect. We’re so glad we’ve been able to share it with you. More than just guests, many of you have felt like extended family, and that’s something we truly cherish.
