Great Saturday Morning!!!

A cloudy Sunday morning
No sun, only cold and crisp
A hot tea to warm me up
Birds, chicken and crickets sing along
Pine trees fill the air with scent
A calm and peaceful day
I miss this beauty and this joy, and
I thank the heavens for this grace

Early Sunday morning at
I wake up to a sight so soft
What an awesome view
The sun is rising in the sky
Painting colors that make me sigh
I feel a sense of gratitude
For this moment of solitude
I thank the Lord for this new day
And for the blessings on my way
I watch the sun climb higher still
And feel its warmth upon my sill
I smile and stretch and breathe the air
And feel the peace that fills the air
