Condo update after the earthquake in Davao City (10 October 2025).

'Update (as of 5:10 PM):

Our engineers have completed the building inspection. No damages or cracks were found in the main structural frame (beams and columns) of the building. Only minor wall cracks were observed.

Findings include hairline cracks and peeled-off skim coat, which are non-structural in nature.

We will finalize the full report and release it tomorrow. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.'
