Dear Unit Owners, Tenants, and Guests,

Good day!

We hope this message finds you safe and well.

At approximately 7:37 AM today, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck off the coast of Sarangani, near General Santos City. Strong ground shaking was felt throughout Mindanao, including Davao City and neighboring provinces in the Davao Region.

Following this event, an initial assessment of Inspiria Condominium has been conducted. Based on the inspection, no major structural damage to the building was identified.

However, minor hairline cracks and other surface-level damages were observed in certain areas and are currently being documented for further evaluation.

Most residents have already returned to their respective units. As an additional measure to ensure the continued safety and structural integrity of the building, Management has requested an independent third-party assessment, which will be conducted at the soonest possible time.

In the meantime, we encourage all residents and occupants to remain vigilant, observe standard safety precautions, and stay prepared for possible aftershocks.

We appreciate your cooperation, patience, and understanding during this time.
