*CLEANLINESS - we have an onsite caretaker, who inspects the cleanliness of the shared area daily along corridors, pathways and covered rooftop. However, all are also expected to practice CLAYGO, clean as you go.
*COMFORT- linens are all white to showcase cleanliness, and can request change of linens at anytime needed.
*CUSTOMER SERVICE - the property owner lives just beside the guest house and can be recheable at any given time. The caretaker is also one message away for any immediate concerns.
*SAFETY- the property is 24/7 CCTV secured on all shared premises, walkway, pathways, corridors, covered rooftop except ofcourse inside unit. NO INCIDENCE OF CRIME within the neighborhood. You can walk around late at night until dawn, after all this is Davao 💚
*ACCESSEBILITY - transportation is accessible. Walking distance to main road. Mall, wet market, police station, convenience stores, churches, hospitals is just around the corner. PRC Testing center, just one ride as well as schools for examination which includes ADDU HS & SHS. UM Matina.
