Answer:
Yes, this can be covered under Airbnb AirCover but you need to document everything properly. Here’s the process:

1. Document/take clear photos/videos of the damage (close-up + wide shot)

2. Message the guest immediately. Even if they’re not replying, you must send a message via Airbnb. This creates a record that Airbnb support will see.

3. (Optional) Try to laundry but document result. If hindi na matanggal, keep proof (photo/video). This helps justify replacement cost.

4. Submit Request via Resolution Center. Upload documentation, photos/videos, receipts if you still have. Kahit similar item price, online link etc. input amount or replacement cost.

5. Wait 24 Hours. Guest has 24 hours to respond. If no reply or decline, escalate to Airbnb.

6. Escalate to AirCover by clicking “Involve Airbnb”. Airbnb will review your evidence. This is where AirCover protection applies.

*Be professional and factual (no emotional wording)
*Claim only reasonable cost (not overpriced)
*Use clear, well-lit photos
*Show that item is not reusable anymore
