As stipulated in our contract, the regular aircon maintenance will be shouldered by YOU thru our designated 3rd party professional team. Fee is ₱350 (subject to change) for A/C cleaning. This is to avoid repairs that may occur.

Hi Handabo Renters!

Please be reminded to always check your LIGHT and WATER meters. If in case you see anything that needs repair, kindly call our attention asap so we can immediately find a solution.

Always check your TOILET.
Make sure after flushing, the water inside the toilet tank stops flowing in a few minutes because CONTINUOUS FLOW of water means the stopper didn’t close after the tank is already full.
Again, call our attention if this happens to avoid unexpected high water consumption.

BEST PRACTICE is turning off the water valve (located below your water meter) whenever you are away.

Air conditioners are scheduled to be cleaned every 3 months even if you are not using it. This is a standard procedure for maintenance, ₱350 will be charged, it will be taken from the deposit. Repairs inside your rooms, during the duration of your stay, will be charged, especially if it requires an electrician/plumber or any technician’s services. Minor repairs like replacement of faucet and bulb doesn’t require any fee.

The whole building has functioning CCTV, your parents, guardians and even YOU are allowed to ask for a copy if necessary. LOGBOOK is an official document, therefore, you SHOULD NOT write FALSE INFORMATION that may incriminate you if an incident will occur that would include police investigation.

Renters, please be RESPONSIBLE sa inyong tubig and kuryente. It is in the CONTRACT. We are not the one staying in your units. You should be the one to check your consumptions or for any leaking. The meters are just outside your rooms. Nangupahan kayo, so you have the OBLIGATION to be ATTENTIVE to whatever’s happening in your unit. All we can do as landlord is to attend to your reported damages or leaking or any untoward incidents. FYI, if you think this is a burden, might as well look for rooms with shared rooms and common toilet and bath. - Admin Daisy
