WIG services: how to avail, terms and conditions
Please do read the following before inquiring us. Availing our services means that you have fully agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Submission of Requests: Clients must direct message us a clear picture of the wig they wish to commission. If we are to provide the wig, or if the client has their own wig, they must provide a picture of the wig to be styled along with their preferred style.

Price: Prices stated above are base prices of wig styles and may differ based on the difficulty and needs of the commission
Scope of Work: We reserve the right to decline requests for wig styles that are beyond our capabilities.

Payment Terms:
If we provide the wig, full payment is required upfront.
If the client provides the wig, the provided wig serves as a down payment.

Order Deadline: Commission orders must be placed at least one month before the deadline or event if we provide the wig. For client-provided wigs, orders must be placed at least one week before the deadline. Orders placed with less than seven days before the deadline incur a rush fee depending on the deadline date.

Wig Stands: Clients may provide their own wig stands or opt for our wig stand/box add-ons.

Delivery Options:(Subject to availability)
Pick-up Location: Cat. Pequeno
Meet-up Location: MMCM
Modes of Delivery: Grab, Maxim, LBC

Cancellation Policy: Once the stylist confirms that the commission has begun, cancellation of the order will only be considered if the downpayment is provided as a cancellation fee.

Payment Completion: Upon completion of the commission, the client is given one week to settle all pending payments. Failure to do so within the given time will result in a 10% interest charge per succeeding week, up to a maximum of six weeks. If no progress is made in payments after six weeks, the wig will be considered as payment and will become the property of the stylist, unless an alternative agreement is reached and settled.

RENTAL services: how to avail, terms and conditions
Please do read the following before inquiring us. Availing our services means that you have fully agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Rent Rates: Rent rates are stated on the picture of each costume. An additional fee of 100 PHP will be added per succeeding day of late return.

Pick-Up Location: The pick-up location is Catalunan pequeño, with the option for meet-up near MMCM. Pick-up and meet-up times are set according to the owner's availability.

Mode of Delivery: Grab or LBC, with the renter shouldering the shipping fee.

Identification Requirement: A valid ID is required. Renters must send an ID picture with a selfie and a bill statement

Reservation and Downpayment: For reservations, a 50% downpayment is required. Downpayments are not refundable.

Changes to Rental Dates: Changes to rental dates are free until the next 24 hours upon booking reservations. Changes exceeding the allotted 24-hour period will be considered as a cancellation of the previous booking, requiring a new reservation.

Care and Return of Items: Renters must not wash or alter the items without prior consent from the owner. They must return the items in the same bag.

Damage Charges: If items are damaged, renters will be charged accordingly, with a minimum fee of 100 pesos. If the damage is beyond repair, the renter must pay the full original selling price of the items or replace them with the exact brand and quality.

Stains: If stains are present upon return of the costume, the renter will be charged a laundry fee, with a minimum of 50 pesos.

Usage: Only the renter is allowed to wear/use the item, and they shall not let others use them. Violations will result in a fine of 1000 PHP. If not paid, the renter will be banned and posted as untrusted renters.

Please do read the following before inquiring us. Availing our services means that you have fully agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Costume/Prop Proposal: Users are instructed to direct message (DM) their proposed costume or prop to the service provider.
Rush Orders: Rush orders may be accommodated with an additional charge, indicating an expedited service option.

Estimated Working Time: The estimated working time for reg. commissions is provided, with a minimum of two week.

Base Price and Material: A base price is specified, with the option to upgrade materials at an additional cost. Light fabrics/materials are used for the base price to offer a cheaper option.

Shipping Fee: Clients are responsible for covering the shipping fee.

Down payment: A downpayment of 50% is required to secure a commission slot.

Slot Dates and Deadlines: Slot dates mark the start of projects, not deadlines.

Refund Policy: Downpayments are non-refundable and will be considered as cancellation fee.
