WIG services: how to avail, terms and conditions
Please do read the following before inquiring us. Availing our services means that you have fully agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Submission of Requests: Clients must direct message us a clear picture of the wig they wish to commission. If we are to provide the wig, or if the client has their own wig, they must provide a picture of the wig to be styled along with their preferred style.
Price: Prices stated above are base prices of wig styles and may differ based on the difficulty and needs of the commission
Scope of Work: We reserve the right to decline requests for wig styles that are beyond our capabilities.
Payment Terms:
If we provide the wig, full payment is required upfront.
If the client provides the wig, the provided wig serves as a down payment.
Order Deadline: Commission orders must be placed at least one month before the deadline or event if we provide the wig. For client-provided wigs, orders must be placed at least one week before the deadline. Orders placed with less than seven days before the deadline incur a rush fee depending on the deadline date.
Wig Stands: Clients may provide their own wig stands or opt for our wig stand/box add-ons.
Delivery Options:(Subject to availability)
Pick-up Location: Cat. Pequeno
Meet-up Location: MMCM
Modes of Delivery: Grab, Maxim, LBC
Cancellation Policy: Once the stylist confirms that the commission has begun, cancellation of the order will only be considered if the downpayment is provided as a cancellation fee.
Payment Completion: Upon completion of the commission, the client is given one week to settle all pending payments. Failure to do so within the given time will result in a 10% interest charge per succeeding week, up to a maximum of six weeks. If no progress is made in payments after six weeks, the wig will be considered as payment and will become the property of the stylist, unless an alternative agreement is reached and settled.
