Nazvill Apartments are located in Level 15, Building 4 (Liverpool Building). There are two units available for rent - Sophia's crib (Unit 1515) and Lawrence's pad (Unit 1519). The units are comprised of 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and bath and balcony. Because it is situated on the 15th floor, there's ample supply of natural light, cool breeze and uninterrupted view of the city. On a clear day, you will be greeted with the magnificent view of the majestic Mount Apo. As travellers ourselves, we understand the essentials that a traveller would like to have. Upon arrival, your beds will be fitted with clean sheets and you are provided with towels (good for 4). If you stay longer, you are welcome to request for cleaning at a nominal fee of PhP500 and this includes change of sheets/towels and light cleaning (only because you may have your luggages and plenty of things around). You will also be provided with complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo, roll of tissue) and an iron. Of course we provide free wifi in the units helpful for your social media or work requirements. Be sure you give us a positive review :) For your entertainment, a TV Plus unit is also provided. There's plenty of great quality and affordable dining options in Davao City. In fact, al lot are walking distance from the condo. But if you opt to stay in, our apartments are fully equipped with cooking and dining utensils (light cooking only).
