📏 Height Requirement:
Applicants must be at least 5'8" ft tall
📌 Qualifications:
Education & Experience
At least High School Graduate (College level or Vocational course is an advantage)
Experience in customer service or the hotel/restaurant industry is a plus
Skills
Good communication skills (polite and professional)
Physically fit (able to lift and carry luggage)
Knowledge of basic hotel services and amenities
Basic English (and/or other languages) is an advantage
Personality / Attitude
Courteous, respectful, and well-groomed
Honest and trustworthy
Service-oriented with a positive attitude
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Other Requirements
With pleasing personality
Good interpersonal skills
Team player and can work under pressure
Flexible in performing other tasks such as:
Monitoring the lobby area
Ensuring throw pillows are neatly arranged
Mopping or cleaning the floor when necessary
