ANNIKA’S GETAWAY SUITES

To ensure a safe, peaceful, and pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask all our guests to observe the following house rules:
1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
* Please present a valid ID upon check-in.
* Standard check-out time is 12:00 NOON.
* Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
* Please return the room key upon check-out.
2. QUIET HOURS 🤫
* Please observe QUIET HOURS from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
* Avoid loud music, shouting, parties, and other activities that may disturb other guests.
* Please keep conversations at a considerate volume, especially at night.
3. SMOKING 🚭
* NO SMOKING inside guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other indoor areas.
* Please use only the designated smoking area.
* Smoking inside the room may result in a cleaning/restoration charge.
4. VISITORS 👥
* All visitors must be registered with the Front Desk.
* Visitors are allowed only during designated visiting hours.
* Overnight visitors are not allowed without prior approval from Management.
* Maximum room occupancy must always be observed.
5. CLEANLINESS & PROPER USE 🧹
* Please keep the room, bathroom, and common areas clean.
* Do not throw tissue, wipes, sanitary products, food, or other items into the toilet.
* Please dispose of garbage in the designated bins.
* Do not move furniture or room fixtures without permission.
6. FOOD & DRINK 🍽️
* Guests are welcome to enjoy food and drinks in designated areas.
* Please clean up spills immediately and dispose of food waste properly.
* Cooking is not allowed inside rooms unless specifically permitted by Management.
7. HOTEL PROPERTY 🛏️
* Towels, linens, pillows, blankets, appliances, and other hotel property are provided for use during your stay.
* Please do not take hotel property outside the premises.
* Guests may be charged for lost, missing, or damaged items.
8. SAFETY & SECURITY 🔐
* Please lock your room whenever leaving.
* Do not leave valuables unattended.
* Annika’s Getaway Suites is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left unattended.
* In case of emergency, please immediately contact the Front Desk or Management.
9. DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
* Any damage or breakage caused by the guest or their companions must be reported immediately.
* Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest.
* Please treat our property with the same care and respect you would give your own home.
10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES 🚫
The following are strictly prohibited:
* Illegal drugs or illegal activities
* Fighting, violence, harassment, or threatening behavior
* Unauthorized parties or events
* Excessive noise
* Any activity that may endanger other guests, staff, or property
11. PETS 🐾
* Pets are not allowed inside guest rooms unless prior approval has been given by Management.
12. ELECTRICITY & APPLIANCES ⚡
* Please switch off lights, air-conditioning, television, and other appliances when leaving the room.
* Do not use high-powered electrical appliances that may create a safety hazard.
13. LOST & FOUND
* Please report any lost item immediately to the Front Desk.
* Items found on the premises will be kept by Management and may be claimed upon proper identification.
14. RESPECT & COURTESY ❤️
Please treat our staff, fellow guests, and the property with respect, kindness, and courtesy.
