House Rules & Regulations

The Management of Isla Frontera De Pacifica Resort would like to offer you a clean, convenient and affordable accommodation. With this, may we request for your cooperation in following our House Rules and Regulations.

 Payment first before entering the room. We only accept CASH payment.

 Full payment and incidental deposit of Php1,000.00 per room are required upon ch

eck-in.

 Check-in time is 2:00 pm, Check-out time is 12:00nn. Exceeding the maximum time will be considered as one night stay and will be charged automatically. Late checkout requests required 24 hours + prior to checkout & extension of stay will be subject to room availability.

 The resort requires 50% down payment upon bookings/reservations. Payments can be made by making deposits, bank transfers or online transfers to the resort’s accounts as reflected below:

 Payments made must be authenticated by sending the proof of payment (deposit slips or online transfer screenshots) to our email address. If not, resort may collect payments from the guest as guarantee.

 A CANCELLATION FEE equivalent to 50% of the entire cost will be charged should a confirmed and paid booking be cancelled within fifteen (15) days prior to guest arrival.

 FORCE MAJEURE Paid bookings cancelled due to Force Majeure are not refundable and shall be considered open and transferable to another date as decided by the client within 6 months except during Peak dates.

 The resort is not liable for any loss of personal property; Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables.

 No GAMBLING, VANDALISM, DRUGS or UNLAWFUL behavior is permitted.

 Bringing of FI****MS or any kind of DEADLY WEAPONS inside the resort premises is strictly prohibited.

 No SMOKING allowed inside the room and within the vicinity of the Pavilion (the garage will serve you as smoking area).

 Cooking is not allowed inside the room.

 No electric appliances and furniture is to be installed inside the room without permission of the management.

 Change of bedding linens and hand/ bath towel is done on the second day of stay. Extra pillows, blankets and towels will incur a corresponding charge.

 Please turn over key and flash drive at Front Desk before leaving the resort. Lost key will be charged at Php 300 per piece and lost flash drive will be charged Php 500.

 Please switch-off lights, TV, air-con when leaving the room and please make sure all faucets, showers are properly turned-off when not in use.

 Always keep your door, windows locked when inside then room.

 Please advise the Front Desk officer of any damage to property and broken fixtures for immediate repair.

 Before the designated Check-out Time, please allow our Room Attendants to check your room. Missing and Damaged items from the room will be charged to guest account.

 No pets allowed inside the rooms.

 Swimming time is 6am to 6pm. Swimming between 6pm to 5am is strictly prohibited.

 Please be courteous to other guests by refraining loud music and noise after midnight.
