To ensure you and everyone has a safe and pleasant stay with us, we have devised some simple house rules and we request that all guests who stay with us to comply with these guidelines. Please take a moment to understand these guidelines.

• Upon check in please present a valid ID
• Mandatory registration is needed for all the guest inside the room
Security
• Guest
will be issued a key that will be used to access guest room.
• Lost key will incur a replacement charge, to be paid for by the guest to the management.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring guestroom/s are locked before heading out
• Guests are responsible for any valuable item/s stored inside their room.
• Outside visitor/s are not permitted in the accommodation area unless with management’s consent
• Damage to the property or its belongings caused by guest is to be paid for by the offending guest. This payment is to cover the cost of the damage and any subsequent of income caused by the damage
• Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the guest from the time of check in to check out. Cleaning and Cleanliness
• All guests are required to keep their guestrooms clean
• We will provide linens, pillow and blankets in accordance to the type of room. Extra linens, beds and pillows will be of charge.
• Towels and toiletries are not provided.
• Kitchen is available can be use in a first come basis and ensure to keep it clean at all times courtesy to the next guest
• Please take off your shoes and slippers to the designated area
• We are helping to save the environment, buy reducing the waste. Linens will only be changed every 3 days for long stay.
• Please minimize the use of any kinds of plastics e.g. Let as all together save our environment. Green and Eco-friendly Policy
• Please switch off the lights when you leave your room.
• Avoid taking long shower and conserve water when tooth brushing and hand washing as per our eco-friendly policy.
• Please sort and empty your garbage bins that are available. We ask that you comply with the garbage segregation. Check Out

• If you wish to extend, it will be subject for management approval. Management’s Right
It is agreed that all the guests will conduct respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the vicinity. Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
