DIPOLOG CITY --- The municipality of Manukan emerged victorious in the prestigious Saulog Queen 2026 pageant as Ariana Phoebe E. Osborne was crowned queen during the grand coronation night held at the Zamboanga del Norte Cultural and Sports Center on June 3.

The highly anticipated pageant, one of the major highlights of the SAULOG Sa Bag-ong ZaNorte 2026 long-week celebration, showcased the beauty, intelligence, and cultural pride of candidates representing the province’s 17 local government units. The event drew a large audience and concluded shortly after midnight following an evening of competition, entertainment, and celebration.

Joining Osborne in the winners’ circle were Cindy Buhisan Morados of Katipunan, who was named 1st Runner-Up, and Andrea C. Parson of Dapitan City, who secured the title of 2nd Runner-Up. Sharian Maree Iana T. McCulloch of Dipolog City was proclaimed 3rd Runner-Up, while Kiara Angela Maagad Forrosuelo of Sindangan completed the Top Five as 4th Runner-Up.

Governor Darel Dexter T. Uy extended his congratulations to all the candidates, particularly the winners, for their outstanding performances and dedication throughout the competition. He also expressed his gratitude to the 17 participating local government units for sending representatives who proudly showcased the unique identities, cultures, and aspirations of their respective municipalities and cities.

The governor likewise commended the organizers, sponsors, and numerous individuals behind the event, acknowledging their hard work and commitment from the early stages of preparation through the successful staging of the coronation night.

The pageant serves not only as a platform for beauty and talent but also as an avenue for promoting cultural heritage, tourism, and unity among the communities of Zamboanga del Norte.

As the newly crowned Saulog Queen 2026, Osborne is expected to serve as an ambassador of goodwill and cultural pride, representing the province in various promotional and community activities throughout her reign.

The successful staging of Saulog Queen 2026 added another memorable chapter to this year’s Saulog Festival, strengthening its role as one of the province’s premier celebrations that brings together residents and visitors in honoring the rich heritage and continued progress of Zamboanga del Norte.
