Our Story

We had been renting rooms at JM Compound, right from when our home was first built, early 2016. Last year we were so busy with our new property development in Dumaguete, Negros Island, that home-stay rentals in Dipolog had to stop for a while. Now our Dumaguete project is now all well underway, so we are very pleased to be back here in Dipolog again, full-time, to ensure your most enjoyable stay at JM.

You can now book rooms at JM at very reasonable rates - still the same price as 2016 - including free breakfasts & unlimited free swimming in our highly secluded private clothing-optional 12m x 5m pool. Inside our place, wear any attire - or swim bare-naked - just as you wish. Our 3 meter high walls, all around the property, provide for everyone's’ maximum privacy and security.

DIRECTIONS:

We are really easy to find: from Dipolog Airport: turn to the North - i.e. Left, from the Airport Road, onto the main Highway. Then, only 500 meters past the big Zanorte Provincial Hospital, turn Left again, down our small lane, next to Seaborne Containers. 1 km total trip.
