✅ With a valid Lifeguard Certificate/Training Certificate related to the position
✅ Physically fit and capable of performing lifesaving duties
✅ Responsible, attentive, and safety-conscious
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Willing to work on weekends and holidays
