Good morning! update from zoom meeting with PAGASA and OCD. expected mo intensify pa ang bagyong PAENG to Severe tropical storm within today. as per satellite image presented, widespread rainfall from moderate to heavy rain ang ma experience sa central visayas including negros oriental nga pweding maabot sa 50mm of rain or more. Ang ulan possible maexperience wholeday today. so pls ko tabang disseminate this info to all banrangays, Cswd to prepare evac centers, and response team nato to prepare rescue equipment. as of now, no gale warning, no cancellation of sea-fearers going to duma from cebu and other nearest province has been issue dres negros oriental. thanks!
