Five spacious and naturally cool cottages charmingly furnished and fully equipped for your vacation and business needs in and around Dumaguete. Each cottage accommodates four guests in two double bedrooms comfortably. Please be informed, that the rate for 1 to 2 guests is Php 900 a night. Php18000 monthlynfor 2 guests. Php 300 for extra person additional charge daily. Each cottages can only accomm

odate maximum of Five Adult persons. Children below 7 years old are free of charge. Formal ID is required for guests over 16 years old, as IDs will be scanned upon check in or guest's/guests' arrival.
